3. CV diagnostics and reviews

CV diagnostics and reviews:

• reflect how profiles are currently interpreted by screening systems and recruiters

• are analytical, not advisory or predictive

• do not guarantee interviews, responses, or employment

Diagnostics are based on information provided at the time of review.

4. Paid services

Where services require payment:

• pricing is clearly disclosed before confirmation

• payment confirms intent and reserves processing capacity

• fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated

Failure to complete payment may result in delayed or cancelled processing.

5. Opportunity routing and signals

Any opportunity shared through the network:

• is subject to availability and alignment

• may change or close without notice

• does not guarantee employer response

The Job Plug Network does not control employer hiring decisions or timelines.

6. Communication boundaries

Silence or delayed response does not indicate rejection or approval.

No explanation is required where termination is necessary to protect the system.
